BHS Announces the World's Widest and Largest Continuous - Indexing Vacuum belt filter Ever Built

With an active width of 3.50 meters (11.5 feet), BHS is pleased to announce that we have manufactured our widest and also largest vacuum belt filter ever built. The machine has overall dimensions of 5.3 meters (8.6 feet) wide x 24 meters (79 feet) long with a weight of 28 tons. The customer has ordered two vacuum belt filter machines from BHS in order to filter and to wash high-value solid particles out of an alkaline solution. Read more...

BHS will provide seven (7) Rotary Pressure Filters for the production of a polyester intermediate product. The customer is a Joint-Venture Chemical Company in the south of China. LBF Vacuum belt filter with 0.1 m2 of Filter Area For Small-Scale Operations
BHS is pleased to announce its new LBF Vacuum belt filter technology. The LBF technology provides for thin-cake, as small as 5 mm, and multipurpose production on a continuous basis. Vacuum filtration, cake washing, vacuum or hot-gas drying with mechanical compression and automatic and continuous dry cake discharge steps are tailored to meet specific process requirements.

LKF Candle Filter with 0.17 m2 of Filter Area For Small-Scale Operations
BHS is pleased to announce its new LKF Candle Filter technology. The LKF technology provides for thin-cake, as small as 5 mm, and multipurpose production in a single vessel with a cake volume of 4 liters. BHS-Filtration Expands Into New Headquarters
BHS-Sonthofen, located in Sonthofen, Germany and its U.S. subsidiary, BHS-Filtration, Inc. announce the grand opening of its new U.S. headquarters and warehouse space in Charlotte, North Carolina. This new facility combines sales, marketing, process engineering, project handling, customer service, spare parts and test-rental systems under one roof.
